World Clock - TimeZone Widget

Terms of Service

Document version: 2026-11-01 · Applies to: World Clock - TimeZone Widget

Compare local times, convert dates and times, manage your city list and display preferences, and use supported home-screen widgets.

These conditions apply through the notice and consent procedures required for their application. The document version itself does not retroactively change existing users’ rights.

For an iOS version distributed through the App Store, the app license is governed by Apple’s Standard EULA. These web terms provide supplementary conditions on features, operation and customer support. See how the two documents apply.

1. Scope and provider

These terms govern use of World Clock - TimeZone Widget, supplied by Bokeria Inc. (주식회사 보케리아, “we”), South Korea. Our business address is 7F, Room 701-10, 41 Chungseon-ro 209beon-gil, Bupyeong-gu, Incheon, South Korea (Samsan-dong, Juyeong Ire Town). Contact appsupport@bokeriastudio.com for questions, complaints or refund assistance. Availability varies by platform, version, device and region; the installed app and information presented before purchase describe the specific service supplied.

iOS: relationship with Apple’s Standard EULA

An iOS app distributed through the App Store is licensed under Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement (Standard EULA). Bokeria Inc., not Apple, is the licensor of our app. These web terms are not a Custom EULA and do not replace or amend the Standard EULA.

These web terms supplement the Standard EULA with conditions on app features, technical limitations, operation and customer support, to the extent compatible with it. If the documents conflict on matters governed by the Standard EULA, including the license scope, usage restrictions, termination of the license, governing law or jurisdiction, the Standard EULA applies. The general license statement in Section 6, ending-use information in Section 9 and South Korean governing-law statement in Section 10 do not change the corresponding provisions of the Standard EULA for iOS.

This explanation does not reduce mandatory consumer rights in your country of residence, statutory refunds or quality remedies, or the additional customer-support, refund, responsibility and adverse-change protections we promise in these web terms. In particular, the relevant protections in Sections 5, 8 and 9 remain. Viewing terms does not substitute for separate privacy, advertising or tracking consent, and you are not deemed to accept these web terms or changes to them without any consent required for their application.

2. What the app does

Compare local times, convert dates and times, manage your city list and display preferences, and use supported home-screen widgets.

3. Product-specific limitations

Times depend on the device clock, time-zone data and settings. Changes to daylight saving time or national time-zone rules may not appear immediately. Widget refreshes are subject to operating-system limits. Check flights, bookings and legal deadlines against the responsible organization’s official time.

4. Pricing, advertising and access

Android offers a one-time lifetime premium purchase with the benefits shown before purchase, such as ad removal. It is not an automatically renewing subscription. Lifetime describes access to those features in the purchased app; it does not promise support for every operating system, device or future product throughout your life. This explanation does not let us arbitrarily remove purchased benefits or statutory rights. Restore purchases with the same Google Play account; transfers between stores or platforms are not promised. The free version may show ads.

5. Purchases, refunds and consumer rights

For paid items, check the price, currency, taxes, duration and benefits shown before confirming payment. Purchases are processed by the relevant store. Use its refund-request route or contact us for assistance with purchases and refunds. These terms do not exclude applicable cancellation rights or remedies for defective, misdescribed or unsupplied content, including repair, replacement, price reduction, refund or termination. Where immediate supply of digital content limits a withdrawal right, the separate consent and acknowledgment required by law must be obtained; reading this page alone does not waive that right. Paid benefits may end after a store-confirmed refund, revocation or expiry. Rewarded-ad conditions must be available before viewing; contact support if a completed reward is not credited.

6. License and responsible use

For Android, we grant a non-exclusive right to use the app through its normal features and the relevant store conditions. The license for an iOS app distributed through the App Store follows Apple’s Standard EULA as explained in Section 1. Process only material you are authorized to use, modify and share, and respect others’ copyright, privacy and security. Do not distribute malicious files, abuse payments or ad rewards, or disrupt the service. This does not restrict interoperability, research or reverse-engineering rights permitted by law. Rights in your originals and outputs remain with you or their existing rights holders; ownership does not transfer to us. We do not impose a blanket ban on lawful business or commercial use of outputs. Bundled open-source components retain the individual terms shown in the app’s license notices.

7. Device storage, sharing and privacy

On-device app storage is not a separate backup service. Uninstalling, clearing data, losing a device or running out of storage can remove information; keep separate copies of important originals and outputs. When you choose sharing, external storage or email, the receiving app, person or cloud provider processes that material. The linked Privacy Policy explains usage analytics, diagnostics, ads, support information and available choices/withdrawal controls. Viewing or accepting these terms does not substitute for separate privacy, advertising or tracking consent. You can refuse or revoke file, photo, usage-data or other permissions, though dependent features may be limited.

8. Quality issues, loss and responsibility

We supply the described features with reasonable care and skill and review reports of defects and errors. The technical limitations above do not remove our responsibility for defects or misdescription for which we are responsible. Loss caused by us and statutory consumer rights are handled under applicable law. We do not exclude liability for intent, gross negligence, fraud, death or personal injury, or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, and do not set an arbitrary compensation cap. Problems involving third-party services or user actions are assessed according to their cause and each party’s responsibility; third-party involvement alone does not exclude our responsibility.

9. Changes, interruption and ending use

We may change the app or these terms for reasonable reasons such as legal compliance, security, operating-system compatibility or error fixes. Material adverse changes, including price increases, reduced purchased benefits or ending paid features, are not retroactive. We explain the change, reason and timing before it applies and follow legally required notice, consent, termination and refund procedures. Silence or updating this page alone is not treated as existing users’ agreement to changed terms. If illegal or abusive use requires a restriction, we explain the reason and how to challenge it, though urgent security action may come first. You may stop using or uninstall the app; purchase-related rights and accrued claims remain.

10. Law, disputes and language

South Korean law is the default governing law; for an iOS app distributed through the App Store, the governing-law and jurisdiction provisions of Apple’s Standard EULA apply as explained in Section 1. In all cases, you retain mandatory consumer protection in your country of residence and withdrawal, guarantee, remedy and court rights available there. EEA/UK rights concerning conformity of digital content and fair contract terms remain intact. You may contact support to try to resolve a dispute; you are not required to waive court/public remedies or use arbitration exclusively. Jurisdiction follows applicable law. The Korean and English versions provide equivalent terms; language differences do not reduce statutory rights. Unclear or invalid provisions are handled under applicable law, and the remaining valid provisions continue.
